About the business
Property Maintenance is a rapidly growing landscape, grounds, and yard maintenance company based in the Sunshine Coast.
We take care of all aspects of commercial and body corporate grounds maintenance including:
- Mowing, and ride-on mowing
- Edging of lawns and brush-cutting
- Hedging large bushes and tree-trimming up to 2.5m
- Weed-control
- Any other aspects of landscape maintenance which the client requires
About the role
The successful applicant will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri from 6am. They will assist in daily grounds and landscape maintenance work. We will be training the successful applicant to become a leader, take responsibility for sites they are assigned to, all with help from a junior staff member .
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Must have experience in this industry
- Must have QLD license and clean driving record
- National Police Check required
- Must have experience towing large trailers
- Must have experience using zero-turn mowers, brushcutters, hedgers
- Fit and able to work immediately
- Must take pride in work, like it's your own home
- Willingness to work hard
- Must be reliable
- Must have manual drivers license
- A passion for gardening, landscaping and client satisfaction

Skills and experience

- Towing, driving and parking large trailers
- Mowing, and zero-turn mowing
- Edging of lawns and brush-cutting
- Hedging large bushes and tree-trimming up to 2.5m
- Weed-control
- Basic tool maintenance
